Welcome to the 10th issue of Intercomms!

Within this issue we are addressing the issues of new content driven service deployment. We look at this from the ITU's standpoint on Internet Television, to the issues facing management from the TM Forum.

With the uptake of so many new services we address the issue of correct billing and the format that this should take.

We are also looking at the uptake of WiMAX and how that is taking place and the continuing development in this field. We are also looking at the use of Satellite and its use in wholesale services.

I would like to thank all the organisations both scientific and commercial who have worked with us over the past 5 years. As always your comments are appreciated.
