Digital format only (either PDF, JPG, TIF or EPS with TIF preview) supplied on CD or ZIP.
A minimum 3mm bleed around all pages.
Double page: 297mm (depth) x 420mm (width).
Single page: European A4 depth x width (297 x 210 mm).
Half page: 135mm (depth) x 190mm (width).
Images must all be CMYK and either TIF, EPS or high resolution JPG format.
(EPS images should have binary, rather than JPEG, encoding.) with a resolution of 300 dpi at 100%.
A colour hard copy must also be supplied.
Logos as (1) EPS with TIF preview files or (2) 300 dpi CMYK TIF
All files should have a PC file name, with the correct file extension (eg: QUARK XPRESS file should read
document.qxd , EPS file should read diagram.eps etc.).
Files not supplied within the above requirements will be subject to a charge at an hourly rate.
