Welcome to Issue 17 of InterComms!

We are delighted to have an interview with the ITU Secretary General as he reviews his and the ITU’s acheivements in his stewardship. We have ComReg from Ireland, IPv6 Forum on the problems facing the Telco’s, with a good follow up article from APNIC, all worth a good read.

We are now at over sixty events globally, as well as our distribution making us the MOST distributed publication in the industry. I would like to thank all our contributors and, as always, any thoughts or comments would be gratefully recieved.
